DAT's response to multimedia document

Since a simple PDF document can contain video sequences, no multilingual communications company can allow itself to settle for just text. DAT has been keenly aware of this for years and has installed a video production and post-production studio. DAT’s services include:

• Filming video sequences according to the client’s script;
• Editing the sequences according to the client’s text and content specifications;
• Dubbing the sound track in the languages chosen by the client;
• Providing the final sequence in the required languages and in the specified formats.

For a given sequence taken by DAT or supplied to DAT for the needs of audio voiceover or subtitling, there may indeed be a multitude of formats, each responding to a communication need: The DVD format for video projection demonstrations, the Flash video format for the Web, the MPEG format for integration into a PDF document, and so on.
